Les Wineaux Sample Layer Cake

On November 21st, Les Wineaux members gathered at Ron C’s home to taste wines from Layer Cake. The Layer Cake founders travelled the world to find the best source for each varietal and their wines are produced across the globe. We tasted wines from areas such as Puglia, Argentina, and California. In a departure from previous events, we focused on the wine with this tasting, with simple cheese pairings rather than appetizers.
