Vintage Vinos April Meeting

Vintage Vinos gathered on April 9, 2025 at the home of Cathy & Ken C with 14 members present. We enjoyed 3 less known white wines with Don G, our “wine master”, explaining the nuances of each wine as we tasted and compared our findings with each of the 3 wines.

They were:

1. Picpoul de Pinet-Moulin de Grassac, Vins de Cépages

2. Grüner Veltliner-Domane Wachau Federspeil Terrassen Grüner Veltliner

3. Albariño-Davila-Adegas Valmiñor

Our second tasting was paired with the appetizers each member brought and we all noted how the wine’s taste changed/improved with the food. This was followed with a dessert pairing provided by the host.

It was a most enjoyable evening filled with lovely wines, laughter and great conversation!
