BC Aviation Museum

Our Probus trip to the BC Aviation Museum at the Victoria Airport on Thursday September 11 was a great success. 18 Probians enjoyed a guided tour with incredibly knowledgeable and humorous volunteers. Being able to board the huge Hawaii Mars Water Bomber was a bonus. We got a glimpse of the massive undertaking of rebuilding the Lancaster which will take 5 years. This museum is well worth a trip to Victoria. Afterwards we enjoyed a lovely lunch at Mary’s Bleue Moon Cafe across the street ( yes that”s how they spell it).
