Lighthouse Country Trail Walk

12 Probus members and guests walked the Lighthouse Country Regional Trail in Qualicum Bay on September 24th.  We had perfect weather for our walk; sunny but not too hot.  We enjoyed good conversation as we wandered among the trees, and a few of us spotted the carved bear nestled in the Salal.  We appreciated the effort that went into constructing the trail, with numerous bridges and raised sections in low lying areas.  Following the hike we reconvened at Deez Bar and Grill in Qualicum Beach for a tasty lunch on their patio.
