1st Editions Book Club

We are pleased to welcome three new members to our Book Club and look forward to continuing many vibrant discussions in the future.  We had our first meeting in September after a short break and discussed The German Wife by Kelly Rimmer.   We meet every third Tuesday and our October book is Isola by Allegra Goodman.   Each of us has been enriched by the many members who have passed through this club and this fall, we acutely feel the loss of Jenny R. who brought us interesting books, laughter, and challenging opinions.  In honour of Jenny, we will be reading the last book she recommended and raising a toast at our Christmas lunch.
