Summer Picnic

45 members attended the Probus Picnic on Friday 20th August – the first face-to-face event that Probus has had since March last year!!  By all accounts it was very enjoyable. The weather cooperated perfectly and it was a great time to socialize – judging from the continuous banter, everyone was delighted to see people they had not seen for ages and to catch-up on the local gossip!

Thanks very much to all the helpers who so efficiently helped make the Picnic a success. Tony, Patrick and Ron were master-chefs and produced perfect Salmon and Beef burgers while the team of Bev, Sharon, Carol Ann, Heather, Barb and Fiona all helped things run smoothly.
