NO long line-ups to get your food. Service will be family style where platters and bowls are brought to each table and we serve ourselves. If you are vegetarian or have specific dietary requirements, please let Fiona know.
To book your ticket, please pay: $78 per person by e-transfer to treasurer@nbprobus.org
Make sure you have put your names and what the money is for in the message box of the e-transfer.
MENU CHOICES: Email Fiona to say that you are coming and to let me know which starter you want (if you choose the chowder, it’s an extra $6) and which dessert you want.
Get your dancing shoes on! We have the same DJ as last year, so it should be a great party!

New – planning ahead for something truly special in 2026…..
Trip to France
We are planning a Probus trip to France in September 2026.
There are two parts. You can do one or the other or both.
Let Fiona know if you might be interested in:
1. Seven day stay near Bordeaux in a villa or chateau and do day trips from there. We’ll be responsible for our shopping, cooking, renting a couple of cars, arranging visits to wineries etc.
2. Seven day river cruise. All meals on board and excursions on land included.
3. Both the stay in Bordeaux and the cruise.
1. STAY NEAR BORDEAUX
We could rent an old wine chateau overlooking the vineyards of Saint-Emillion for approximately $356 per couple per night where there is a swimming pool and all rooms are ensuite; or we could rent a villa for $136 per couple per night but some people have to share a bathroom. This can be discussed with the people wanting to go and no decision has to be made soon.
2. SEVEN DAY RIVER CRUISE
This needs to be reserved soon, so please let Fiona know if you’re interested.
The river cruise is with the company AmaWaterways departing Sept 10 2026. The name of the cruise is The ESSENCE OF BURGUNDY & PROVENCE
The ship sails from Arles to the Port of Dijon.
All food on board and land excursions included.
The itinerary is below, but on the Sept 10 sailing the trip is in reverse, i.e. from Arles to Dijon. Essence-of-Burgandy-Provence-
Prices in CAD$ and based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY
Category A (Blue cabins) $10866 CAD per person.
Category B (Green cabins) $8717.20 CAD per person Floor to ceiling windows
Category C (Purple cabins)$ 8341.98 CAD per person. Floor to ceiling windows but has some engine noise and possible vibration.
Category D & E (Orange and Yellow) $6981 CAD per person. Small high windows at water level.
